What's Your Holiday Dream for 2016?

Hello Wonderful People!

We’re already past the summer months and skiing season will soon be upon us. It’s got me to thinking about Christmas and the New Year. Next year promises to bring even more exciting travel opportunities. It’s also the time that the holiday agents start ramping up their marketing campaigns for early bookings. So what’s piquing your interest for 2016?

Ultimate Wildlife Adventure
For all you animal lovers out there, 2016 might be a great year for wildlife spotting. There are more and more tours available taking in the breathtaking animals and marine life this planet has to offer. Perhaps you’ll check out the Great Barrier Reef for some snorkelling? What about seabird spotting off the coast of Scotland? For the ultimate wildlife adventure, it has to be a self-led safari holiday. To find out how to do it, check out http://go.safaridrive.com/what-is-self-drive-safari/ for more details.

Ultimate Relaxation
If you know you’ve had a tough year, then you might be after some deep relaxation and pampering. There are some great spa vacations available in places like Singapore or Bali. After the long haul flight to get there, indulge in one of several different kinds of massage. Soak away your worries in heavenly jacuzzis. Or maybe a little cosmetic treatment to roll back the last year? The best thing about this kind of break is the proximity to the beach!

Ultimate Action
For an action packed holiday, you might fancy taking on the sub-zero temperatures of Northern Europe. Gaze up at the Northern Lights and trek across the snow to Lapland. For something higher octane, take a snowmobile in the half light. For the ultimate action adventure, head across the barren snow lakes with a pack of dogs and only a sled to cling to.

Ultimate Culture
For a culture-filled holiday, it’s essential that you make the most of your time away. Stay with local people and eat the local food. You could even try to learn the local lingo. Backpacking is the best way to really understand the depths of a local culture. You might be in India, Thailand or even Berlin. Live like a local for the full flavour. Be sure to head to the local museums, take in the local theatre, and track down the best of home-grown music.

Ultimate Romance
Of course, some of us are looking for a chance to really bond with a loved one. There are some incredibly romantic places in the world. The Empire State Building in New York has been the setting for many a proposal. The white sands of the Bahamas make for a beautiful outdoor wedding venue. But for the ultimate romantic city, it has to be Paris. Almost every corner of this little city celebrates love. As the setting for so many romantic movies, take your loved one for a weekend in Paris.

So much of the world is begging for my attention right now! I want to see so many things. For me, I still want to ski in Canada. It’s been on my bucket list for a while now. Let me know where you’re heading to in 2016.
