The London List: Drinking
Hello Wonderful People
Bank holiday weekend is upon us; what better excuse do we need to head out with our mates for a few bevvies? In true British form the weekend is set to be miserable; cloud and rain are forecast to be the main feature of the weekend, how splendid. If your weekend plans were weather dependant, then head to one of these lovely bars to avoid the rain and do a sun dance!
Highlights:
Mabel's
Tucked away on Maiden Lane, Mabel's is a new addition to Covent Garden's long list of trendy bars. It's a great place for an after work drink and small bite to eat. Prices are slightly high if you don't go when there's an offer.

Sugar Cane
An awesome little bar with a downstairs club, just down the road from Clapham Junction Station. Great music and choice of drinks if you're after a night out in Clapham.

Ekcovision
This cool new bar in Brixton Arches is a perfect date setting or great for a few evening drinks. The prices are pretty good and the atmosphere is great. This will be my new favourite haunt when I move to Brixton in a few weeks.
Cahoots
This place is awesome!! The whole theme of this 1940s speakeasy bar is brilliant. The interior was quirky, the staff were lovely and in character and the cocktails were super tasty. I'll be heading back here for sure.
