Hello Wonderful People! Because I live in London , I sometimes take it for granted. I love the city because it is my home. But, often I find myself dreaming of The French Riviera and other exotic climates. Unfortunately, that is the way I am because I am desensitised to the city. For some people who have visited once or twice, or not at all, that will be shocking. How can I not marvel at the beauty of London? I know. I’m sorry! To make up for it, I am writing this article as a guide for all you non-Londoners. For all you people who want to experience the real London over and over because it never gets boring. Hello Wonderful People! You all know just how much I love to travel. There are some incredible places around the world. But right now, travelling overseas isn’t quite as cheap as it used to be. So I’ve been looking around for some worthwhile places to see right here in the UK. It has certainly made me realise that there really is a lot of homegrown fun to be had in this country. Hello Wonderful People! Moving to London was one of the best decisions I ever made, even though it can still infuriate me at times . There are far more positives than negatives as soon as you find a place to live and get everything relocated. Until that point, however, life can be hell. Hello Wonderful People! My mama will be celebrating the big 5-0 in November (I'm sure she'll hate the fact I'm broadcasting this fact, sorry mum) and she's asked if I could research a European city break for her and her partner to go on. As I'm a complete travel addict, researching travel is like second nature and I'm always on the lookout for a great holiday deal. I really should have picked a career as a travel agent, so I'd actually get paid to do this!

Hello Wonderful People! Despite seeming constantly penniless, I've again managed to check out some more awesome restaurants in London. This is mainly thanks to my parents coming to visit and treating me to meals out! Praise the Lord for parents, that's what I say! Hello Wonderful People! For a combined birthday and Christmas present my dad has got my brother and I flights to, and accommodation in, Barcelona! Plus a couple of tickets to see Barcelona play at the Nou Camp too! I literally can't describe how excited I am! I love Barcelona, it's one of my favourite European cities and I've always wanted to watch a game at Barcelona's famous stadium. I've only been to the famous Spanish city once before, about 11 years ago, so I can't wait to go back and re-explore! My memory from that trip is also pretty hazy (which doesn't bode well for my older self if my brain is already failing), so I'd love to check out all the famous landmarks again too!

Hello Wonderful People! Summer is definitely my favourite time for travelling. However, there can be something magical about winter, even though it's cold. Plus, you can often get a cheaper holiday, as long as you avoid going at Christmas and New Year . I've been adventurous on my travels and indulged in skydiving and bungee jumping, so I do like a thrill. And winter is one of the best times to find one, especially if you enjoy skiing or snowboarding. There are lots of ski resorts all over Europe that offer not just sports, but spas, cosy lodges and sometimes great shopping too.
